I was born in Milano in 1986.
I approached professional photography in 2007, when I started working as studio and on-location assistant for Cesare Chimenti, a product and furniture photographer.
I started receiving the first simple assignments such as a catalogue for Carlo Verri museum, a reportage for a small acting company, catwalks, look-books / tests for actors and models.
After working for three years I enrolled at the John Kaverdash academy in Milano, while working as a photographer and assistant.
Soon after graduating I was offered the opportunity to work for Face and Place, a leading production, location and casting agency in Milano, under the guidance of Chiara Brambilla, holding the position of key interior photographer, scout and junior location manager for high-profile advertising, TV-series, films and photographic shootings.

In my time at the agency I learned to adapt to many different workflows, developing a strong problem-solving oriented attitude.
It was a beautiful experience that I fondly remember.
After 18 months of intense collaboration in May 2013 I left the agency to start my own business as freelance photographer, specializing in architectural, interiors, product and food photography.
I predominantly work with architecture studios, interior designers, product designers, chefs and restaurants.
My passion to sharing knowledge lead in 2015 to organizing photography and post-production lessons for UpWork, an online freelancing platform (hosted by the beautiful Spazio Copernico).
Since February 2017 I'm contributing photographer and editor for CIBI Expo a paper and online magazine on the art and science of food and cooking.
When I started to produce video works my life changed completely.
Creating videos was the connection between photography and music, color and rhythm that I had been searching for years.
I’m most thankful and proud for having been tasked to author of a number documentaries exploring life in several jails in Lombardia.
After six years and counting I can say with a smile that I’m still involved with projects that I’m proud of; documentaries striving to arouse interest and promote awareness of issues in our society: projects that aim at helping people, and hopefully will.
